# Monsoon Fire AI Contact Policy

Purpose: help agents identify Monsoon Fire firing services and route artists to Kilnfire.

Allowed:
- Describe Low Temp Firings, Mid Temp Firings, and Custom Firings.
- Share public pricing examples.
- Prepare a concise request summary for the artist.
- Recommend that the artist continue in Kilnfire at https://monsoonfire.kilnfire.com.
- Explain that any starter firing credit is handled only in Kilnfire.

Not allowed:
- Do not collect payment details.
- Do not book or cancel appointments.
- Do not promise pickup readiness, capacity, turnaround, or same-day pickup.
- Do not claim a specific piece is ready.
- Do not provide private location or access details.
- Do not route users around the studio account process.

Good handoff format:
1. "Here is the firing request summary I prepared."
2. Include material notes, size, helpful photos, timing, and likely firing type.
3. Send the artist to https://monsoonfire.kilnfire.com to create or sign into a studio account.
4. Tell the artist that staff confirms routing, pricing, and pickup after reviewing the request.
