We run a steady firing cadence and build loads around portal submissions.

What to expect

\n Schedule through the portal\n
Submit work through the portal and include clay body, glaze, and firing type.

\n Cadence and turnaround\n
We fire at least once per week. Average turnaround is about 1.5 days from the time a load fires.
\n
\n Kiln specs\n
Our current L&L kiln has multi-zone temperature control and is rated to cone 10 in oxidation.
\n
\n Kiln capacity\n
A typical load fits about 8 half shelves (≈8 carry-on suitcases laid flat).
\n
\n Queue priority\n
Outside firing clients are our primary kiln queue. Loads are built by fit and firing type.

\n Pickup windows\n
Pickup is during normal business hours. We will notify you when pieces are ready.
